Go Building help plan design and completed a fantastic Single storey extension on my house. Within the extension the completed a quality finish kitchen and shower / toilet room as well as an ultra modern living / dining area (with underfloor heating) leading through bi fold doors onto a patio/ garden . They completed the whole job from start to finish. Completing the project to an exceptional standard. They offered both great advice and had excellent knowledge of the building trade as well as being punctual and sticking to a detail quote. The whole family are impressed with the standard of finish, and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of building work.

The most significant reason why we are so impressed with the work carried out by Go Build, is because the construction team led by Jarek and Sebastian far exceeded our expectations.Jarek is one of the best multi-skilled builders we have ever seen, who is as effective when digging foundations, roofing, plumbing, constructing bespoke furniture, keeping the rest of the team in check and overseeing many more aspects of the build.Sebastian is also a fantastic electrician, painter and manager of the team and all the small important details of the build. Lukasz and his team carried out a complete ground floor refurbishment with rear extension and underfloor heating throughout. I’m delighted with the results and have exactly what I wanted. They listened to what I wanted, were here at 8am every morning and any snags were sorted out swiftly. They were very helpful in constructing a door over the stairs and kept the heating and hot water going whilst we lived upstairs. Lukasz has since been back to redo my garden with raised beds and paving.

We contracted GoBuilding to carry out a full ground floor wrap around extension on our garden flat. We had never carried out a project of this size before so were understandably nervous about the process, the work and the potential escalation of costs which is all too common.Pleased to say that we’re absolutely delighted with the final result which came in at not a penny more than the original quote (subject to a few extras which we actually asked for ourselves).The whole team worked incredibly hard, were professional, tidy and good natured. We used Go Building for an extension and renovation of our 180ft long garden. Right from the outset, Go Building engaged us with ideas on how to design the extension and landscaping of the garden and offering us options on how to use the space we had. The finished product was exceptional and all the material bought and used is of very high quality. They built a stunning summer house and the fencing, grass with lights is appreciated by everyone who has seen it. The finish is designer like with lights, flooring and incredible looking. The builders are patient, humble and very easy to work with and always punctual and work within time. They ensured they left the place very tidy at the end of each day. They included us every step of the way in decisions and will give you really top class finishes at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Go Building and am looking forward to working with them for further extensions.

Would I recommend Go Builders, Yes absolutely. This was a whole apartment refurbishment, building, plastering, plumbing, electrics , tiling, carpentry and decorating. A new high end bathroom and kitchen installation with all appliances. The works were commenced just prior to the announcement of the Covid 19 lockdown, this was unfortunate and totally unforeseen, so for everyone's safety works were suspended. As the property was vacant it was agreed just prior to the end of May that it was safe for the team to restart work. The team was lead by Harry, and as I was not able to be on site, we had regular, calls, messages, with pictures and videos of the progress and to discuss, my requirements (and changes) and any issues requiring input from me. Harry was always available, courteous, prompt with responses and alterations and additions were no problem to discuss or implement. The team worked very hard and often long days and weekends to get the project back on track. I have felt fully involved with the project and as works have progressed very pleased with the standards of fit and finish. A smaller project by their usual standards but clearly executed with no less attention to detail and the needs and requirements of the customer.

GoBuilding have just finished a single storey rear extension on my property. They completed the building work to a reasonable standard and were easy to communicate with. They were hard working, polite and always willing to find a solution to the challenges that are inevitable on building work of this type. On the whole I would recommend Jarek and Sebastian and would certainly consider using them again in the future.

We contracted GO Building for a kitchen replan, wall removal and extension. The engagement has been excellent from planning to delivery. The work has been delivered in line with all agreed expectations and the team have innovated with good ideas on the job. The challenge was to get it done for Christmas, which was always tight, but the team stepped up and made it happen. We were so pleased we contracted for a garage conversion to home office which again has been delivered in line with expectations. Malik and the team are good people who work hard, do what they say and give flexibility. Highly recommended.

I had a typical 2 up, 2 down terraced house with a tiny kitchen and small ground floor bathroom. From the outset Go Build were much more receptive to my ideas as to how to improve and extend my house than any other builder I spoke to. They proved to be a great help with the design and planning process. During the build, their team worked quietly and efficiently. My neighbours, impacted as they were whilst the brickwork to the walls of the extension went up, were very complimentary as to how little disruption there was. Throughout the build the guys were courteous and helpful, and always willing to help with any little tasks around the house. I now have a three bedroom house, with a fabulous kitchen/diner and a bathroom/toilet on every floor. The build was done to budget and I am very happy with it.

This team built our kitchen-diner extension back in 2018 and it’s a wonderful light airy space that we virtually live in now – it’s hard to remember the dark cramped space it was before and, of course, we wish we’d had the extension built years ago, because we love it.We were complete novices and, I won’t lie, the experience is pretty stressful and disruptive. The whole process was made bearable by the building team who were professional, polite, hard-working, flexible and patient, always ensuring that we knew what was coming up next and the decisions that needed to be made. The job was competitively priced and completed within the 3-4 month’s timeframe that they anticipated. A detailed costing and building schedule was drawn up before the work started and, despite a number of unforeseen issues that are inherent in any build, was a very useful guide to the daunting process ahead. The phrase “it’s no problem” became a catchphrase during the work!I would definitely use them again. They were recommended to us by some neighbours, and we have passed the recommendation on to neighbours and friends who are considering similar projects.

From the very beginning they were extremely helpful, making suggestions and discussing with us our various options. Throughout the build process we were delighted with the way the team worked. My experience with Go Building was great from start to end. Jarek and Sebastian's team built two adjoining rear extensions for me and my brother's houses and we're both very happy with the results. The work began at the start of lockdown and we were worried this would cause considerable issues, but Jarek and Sebastian dealt with the situation professionally and ensured that the build could continue despite any problems encountered. The kitchen and bathrooms which were installed both look great and I'm delighted with the overall finish.

We used Go Building to carry out a complete renovation of a 150 sqm townhouse in Richmond. Work involved knocking down interior walls, replacing floors, rebuilding two out four bathrooms and redecoration of all walls. All of this involved a significant amount of electrical and plumbing work. They were fast, efficient, did high quality work and delivered on time, and all of this at a reasonable price. What I liked most about them was that they provided solutions rather than burdening us with problems. I was particularly impressed by their speed; they did all of this between late April and mid-July, despite the pandemic. I can highly recommend them and will certainly do our next jobs with them.
